Oversee overall store operations from opening to closing
Ensure team-based achievement of sales targets; motivate and manage a team of approx. 4 staff
Respond to customer complaints professionally, including luxury product inquiries and after-sales issues
Act as a liaison between store staff and the head office, ensuring instructions from the office are clearly communicated and executed
Coordinate store layout, product display, and visual merchandising
Lead staff development and training, especially mentoring senior staff
Maintain good relationships with office teams and area managers; decisions are finalized by Japanese management
Reports to Area Manager; rarely handles matters independently without HQ or area manager input

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Chinese speaker candidates preferred due to customer demographics and internal communication
Must have prior experience in managing retail outlets, preferably in boutique-style or branded retail (e.g., watches, fashion, accessories)
Experience handling team management, customer service, and complaint resolution is essential
Experience in companies like Chanel, King Power, or similar is welcomed but not required
Candidates with experience in selling watches or similar products are a strong fit
