Assist customers with product inquiries and sales (mainly branded and pre-owned items such as watches, bags, and accessories)
Provide product explanation, styling advice, and fitting support
Handle customer complaints and returns in coordination with the Store Manager
Perform stock receiving, labeling, shelving, and replenishment
Follow and execute instructions and notices received from the head office
Assist in setting up and updating store displays based on seasonal promotions or marketing themes
Support basic POS operations and assist with daily sales reporting
Guide part-time or junior staff in day-to-day tasks
Work closely with team members to achieve store sales targets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Proficiency in English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are an added advantage
Strong team player with good communication and reporting habits
Experience selling branded items or watches is highly preferred
Customer-oriented with a positive and polite attitude
