■ Existing Business Management

Provide quotations and negotiate prices with existing clients

Manage order placement and processing

Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics and suppliers

Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delivery delays or product quality concerns

Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and client visits

■ New Business Development

Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential customers

Approach and engage with prospective clients to promote company products

Provide technical explanations and product presentations tailored to client requirements

Arrange product samples, follow up on quality tests, and collect feedback

Communicate client feedback to manufacturers for product improvement

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓　Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metals or materials industry

✓　Strong communication and negotiation skills

✓　Good communication in English (written and spoken) added advantage for Japanese speaker

✓　Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✓　Experience working with Trading company

✓　Prefer cddt working experience in Japanese company
