・Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

・Work closely with sales teams to ensure that new products align with the brand's positioning and messaging.

・Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services.

・Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.

・Managing SNS platform/social media/video shooting/photography shooting

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ At least 3 years and above relevant experience in similar job scopes.

✓ Candidate with working experience in beauty/haircare/cosmetic industry welcome to join.

✓ Good in using editing software / photo shooting skills and etc

✓ Candidate with Japanese Speaking language will be added advantage.
