・ 1. To compile customers’ delivery instruction.

・ To prepare delivery instruction to warehouse.

・ To monitor shipment from warehouse to customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma / Degree in business or any related field (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for this position)

✓ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

✓ Ability to communicate to customers, warehouse team, forwarding team and inter department team effectively.

✓Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently.

✓Ability to analyse issues occurred, present and discuss the issues (such as arguments) with all related parties.

✓ Possess strong commitment and untiring effort behaviour to complete assigned tasks on time.

✓Ability to promote new ideas (cost down, improvement) to the team.

✓ Possess high morale and ethics in carrying out responsibilities.
