・ Create job based on Shipping Instructions

・ Ensure all documents are received in order (BL and CIPL)

・ Verify all documents are correct and accurate

・ Ensure receive documents on time before estimated time of arrival/ estimated time of departure

・ Check ETA/ETD in port systems to avoid any abnormalities

・ After registered by Customs, print out the Customs documents and attached with shipping documents

・ Hand over all the relevant shipping documents to Customs clearance centre for submission

・ Plan all import and export documents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate

✓ Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree

✓ Have at least 10 years’ experience with Customs Clearance

✓ Knowledge on HS Code Experience in SMK or AEO are an advantage

✓ Willing to work overtime and over the weekend if required

✓ Willing to based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

✓MUST HAVE KEK License (kursus Ejen Kastam)
