          ・Document Management: Organize and manage documents, business cards, etc.
・Translation Work: Primarily Japanese ⇔ English, providing translation support for various situations to the president and Japanese expatriates.
・Manual and Tool Creation (Translation Completion): Translate operation manuals and tools used in stores.
・Guest Reception: Comprehensive handling and setup for special meetings and visits (related to general affairs).
・Telephone/Email Correspondence: Act as a substitute for urgent calls or emails when the president is unavailable, including drafting response documents.
・Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Provide support for arranging business trips for the president and Japanese expatriates.
・Procurement: Purchase necessary items such as gifts, souvenirs, sweets, tea, etc., for business purposes.
・Expense Reconciliation: Act on behalf of the president and Japanese expatriates to reconcile expenses.
Information Gathering: Share necessary information related to business operations with the president as needed.
・Coordination/Collaboration/Adjustment with Other Departments: Ensure smooth interaction with other departments due to the nature of the work, maintaining good relationships.
・Document Creation: Prepare meeting materials (e.g., board meeting documents) using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
・Property Investigation and Information Compilation: Conduct research on properties and compile related information.          
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
            ✓Bachelor's degree or higher
✓Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in secretarial work preferred
✓Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
✓Advanced organizational and time management abilities
✓Business-level English proficiency
✓Business-level Japanese proficiency required
