グループ経営企画＆コーポレート担当

・グループの海外事業統括会社において、各海外子会社の事業計画作り・予実管理を中心に契約書チェックや管理、および日本国内の財務経理部や法律顧問との調整など、各海外会社における堅実な事業推進の支援。

・具体的には、マレーシア・シンガポール・ベトナム・台湾のJV子会社向け経営企画業務として各社の事業計画策定・予実管理およびコーポレート機能として日本国内の法務・財務経理・人事・法務の各部署との連携を担当

・創業社長をサポートしてグループが展開する海外事業をグローバル経営企画として数字の面から支援

・現地JV子会社の財務・法務・人事などコーポレート機能の強化

At the group’s overseas business headquarters, supported steady business operations of each overseas subsidiary by formulating business plans, managing budgets and forecasts, reviewing and managing contracts, and coordinating with the finance and accounting department as well as legal advisors in Japan.

Specifically, took charge of corporate planning tasks for joint venture subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan, including business plan formulation, budget and performance management, and coordination with domestic corporate functions such as Legal, Finance & Accounting, and HR.

Supported the founding CEO by providing financial and numerical perspectives as part of global business planning for the group’s overseas expansion.

Strengthened corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) at local joint venture subsidiaries.
