• Plan and coordinate daily and monthly production schedules according to customer orders and stock levels.

•　　Monitor and control production progress to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

•　　Oversee logistics and shipment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

•　　Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials and finished goods.

•　　Conduct inventory checks and stock reconciliations regularly to ensure data accuracy.

•　　Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow for efficiency.

•　　Coordinate closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

•　　Analyze production and warehouse performance data, and propose improvements for productivity and cost control.

•　　Prepare reports related to production, inventory, and shipment performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related fields.

✓Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in a factory environment, handling production planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.

✓Language: Proficient in English and Malay.

✓License: Possession of a valid Forklift License is an added advantage.

✓Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
