・ Support group-wide employee training activities, including preparation of training materials, technical manuals, and serving as an instructor for in-house education programs.

・ Provide technical and operational support for engineering-related projects within group companies.

・ Coordinate and collaborate with various subsidiaries and partners for business development and engineering initiatives.

・ Participate in overseas business trips for project coordination, training, and technical support.

・ Engage in cross-functional collaboration to strengthen technical capability and group competitiveness.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

✓ Fluent in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).

✓ Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

✓ Experience in technical documentation or training material development preferred.

✓ Flexibility to travel overseas and to be transferred to group companies if required.
