◆General Administration
・To support Japanese Director to monitor HR, Accounts and other sections work progress, due date control, reporting to director to seek for next step
・If necessary, arise with shop manager, venders
・Coordinate with building management and property owners
・Purchase office and restaurant supplies
・System matter
・New menu posting etc
・Setup and support (Pointsoft, Aigens BYOD, InfoTech, Zeoniq, shared drive)
・Troubleshoot minor IT issues
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
✓ Excellent communication skill (Eng, Maly, Japanese)
✓ Problem solving
✓ Strong multitasking and coordination skills
✓ Good troubleshooting ability for minor IT or system-related issues
✓ Poses own transport
✓ Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
✓ Experience in similar administrative / office management roles (F&B industry experience is a plus!)
✓ May consider Japanese university,
