1. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
3. Maintain customer relationships, handle accounts, and ensure satisfaction.
4. Visit new and existing customers to support sales and customer service activities.
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
6. Prepare weekly sales reports, sales forecasts and monthly performance updates.
7. Delegate or share information with related departments upon receiving new orders or instructions from customers and top management.
8. Maintain updated customer records, contracts, and documentation.
9. Prepare monthly shipment and stock reports for submission to the customer and HQ.
10. Analyze customer's incoming product list and prepare a summary.
11. Update new product lists in the WMS system.
12. Prepare a monthly product expiry report and notify the customer.
13. Attend to additional customer requests and inquiries.
14. Report and update the Operations Manager on a daily basis.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
✓ Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field.
✓ Able to communicate and write in English and Japanese.
✓ Knowledge in operations is an advantage.
✓ Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
✓ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✓ Familiar with SAP and WMS systems related to logistics and operations.
