・Provide daily oral interpretation between the General Manager and local staff during meetings, briefings, training sessions, and operational discussions
・Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all translations and interpretations
・Handle internal communications on behalf of the General Manager when appropriate
・Act as a communication bridge between the General Manager and restaurant teams
・Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders as required
・Support the implementation of management instructions and follow up on execution
・Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation coordination, and expense tracking
・Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Have experience in PA roles,
✓ Candidate must speak good in Japanese
✓ Willing to work one (1) day during weekend.
✓ Details oriented, independently
