To lead the Corporate Support function by strengthening governance, risk management, internal structure, and communication across the company. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining governance frameworks, improving process clarity, leading internal communication and engagement initiatives, and supporting management through effective systems and coordination between KL and Factory.
1. Manage Corporate Support operations including governance, internal communication, and administrative coordination.
2. Coordinate internal communication between KL and factory to ensure consistent information sharing.
management activities including PDPA and documentation control.
4. Manage contract documentation, stamping coordination, and vendor administration processes.
5. Oversee onboarding and offboarding coordination in collaboration with HRGA.
6. Oversee general office administration in KL including facilities, repairs, and office readiness.
7. Lead Corporate Support team activities and provide daily operational guidance.
8. Plan and support internal events and employee engagement activities with HRGA.
9. Support MD/DMD with reporting, presentations, and coordination of corporate matters.
10. Coordinate internal and external activities related to Corporate Support functions.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Business level English
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Law, or related field.
✓Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management. Organized, structured, resourceful and proactive. Able to work independently with senior management. High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
✓Minimum 5–7 years experience in governance, compliance, corporate administration, process improvement, or corporate planning. Experience leading SOP development or internal control initiatives is an advantage. Exposure to PDPA, audit processes, or ISO documentation is a strong plus.
