・Plan, organize, and control all production activities to meet targets and delivery schedules.

・Supervise production lines to ensure optimum performance, quality, and safety compliance.

・Implement production plans and maintain production efficiency, cost targets, and quality requirements.

・Lead, train, and mentor the production team to support operational effectiveness.

・Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation.

・Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.

・Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and other departments to optimize operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓　Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

✓　Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.

✓　Proven leadership skills and ability to manage production teams effectively.

✓　Good understanding of quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

✓　Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic production setting.

✓　Excellent communication skills in English & mandarin ; additional languages are a bonus.
