１.Oversee overall manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved for Recycled plastic resin

2.Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

3.Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines

4.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, 5S)

5.Manage production planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation

6.Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and provide strategic reports to top management

7.Lead organizational development, talent management, and succession planning

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role

✓Strong leadership with proven experience managing large teams and multi‑department operations

✓. Deep understanding of production processes, quality systems, and engineering principles

✓. Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills

✓Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese is an advantage for Japanese stakeholders

✓Prefer experience in the resin manufacturing industry
