・Oversee the progress and accuracy of HR tasks handled by the team member, and improvements to HR operations.
・In recruitment, manage hands‑on tasks such as coordinating job postings, communicating with candidates, and arranging interview schedules, while also supervising team members’ recruitment activities, ensuring appropriate task allocation, progress tracking, and overall process optimization
・Handle tax‑related matters and payroll deductions for both local and Japanese employees by performing calculations and preparing documentation and review the work completed by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
・Lead HR process improvement initiatives, including proposing enhancements to the payroll system, HR procedures, and overall labor management operations, and oversee implementation.
・Manage Employment Pass (EP) and Dependent Pass (DP) applications and renewals for Japanese employees, prepare and manage set of documents while also supervising progress on cases handled by team members, ensuring accuracy and smooth overall coordination.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma & above education.
✓At least 3 years' experience in HR
✓Japanese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
✓Positive, Pleasant Personality
