■Real Estate Sales (Inbound / Outbound / Inside Sales)
・Handle inquiries from local and overseas clients (inbound leads)
・Proactively approach potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms (outbound sales)
・Conduct online and offline property consultations
・Propose suitable properties based on clients’ needs and budgets
・Coordinate and arrange property viewings
・Support clients throughout the buying and selling process
・Prepare sales-related documents and reports
・Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
■Real Estate Leasing Support
・Arrange and accompany clients for property viewings
・Prepare and manage leasing contracts and related documentation
・Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and external parties
・Conduct pre-move-in inspections and defect checks
・Manage key handover and move-in procedures
・Support tenants before and after move-in
・Handle administrative tasks related to leasing operations
■Web Marketing & SNS Operations
・Plan and execute web marketing and social media strategies
・Create content for SNS platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
・Assist with YouTube video filming and basic editing
・Manage SNS accounts and post regular content
・Analyze engagement data and improve content performance
・Support branding and promotional activities for real estate projects
Other ad-hoc matter requested by management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Business level of Japanese, English & BM
✓Japanese N2 and above
✓Basic to intermediate PC skills, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and various SNS platforms
✓Photography and Adobe software skills are a plus
✓Real Estate Agent license is a plus
✓Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
