Upon receiving your job request, we will conduct a hearing session to gather information. This includes understanding the job details and requirements specified in the job description, as well as delving into the recruitment background, hiring challenges, and business model. Through this consultation, we aim to propose suitable candidates to address your company's business challenges effectively.

Creating and Checking Job Posting
Based on the information gathered during the hearing session, we will create a job description tailored to your specifications. You will then review the job description and determine whether it can be posted on the site.

Search/Candidate Introduction
In addition to Pasona's database, we utilize partner media and scouting sites to search for talent tailored to your company's needs. When presenting job opportunities, our consultants directly convey your company's appeal beyond what is outlined in the job description, aiming to stimulate applications effectively.

Document Screening/Interview
Your company will conduct document screening and interviews. During the selection process, consultants will handle the interview scheduling and updates on the progress of the selection process. During the document screening stage, we summarize information such as personality and reasons for job change in the recommendation letter to provide a comprehensive image of the candidate. Additionaly, we will provide feedback on the candidate's interview impressions after the interview phase.

Unofficial Offer 〜 Decision to Join the Company
For the candidates you wish to hire, your company will issue offer letter, and our consultants will confirm their intention to join the company. Even after the candidates have confirmed their intentions to join, our consultants will continue to provide ongoing support to facilitate a smooth transition into your company, such as assisting with their resignation negotiations, to ensure that they join as planned.
