・Leading a team to achieve an annual goal,

・Building strong relationship between client and partner stakeholder

・Responsible for business planning,

・Work closely with other region sales team in order to achieve goals.

・Coaching the team efficiently, ensure that they are able to perform and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline by having
regular reviews.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓学士号または同等の学位を保持している必要があります。

✓少なくとも5年の営業経験と、IT業界内のチームを率いることに長けていること。

✓コーチングが得意で、強い人間関係構築スキルを持っている。

✓ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

✓事業計画、パイプラインレビュー、チーム統率、管理を行うことができる。

✓ Candidate must at least hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

✓ At least 5 years of sales experience & good at leading a team within IT industry.

✓ Good in coaching & possess strong relationship building skills.

✓ Candidate must speak a native level of Japanese language

✓ Strong in business planning, pipeline review, resource & partner management skills.
