Project Manager

・日本側にて整理された基本要件の整理し理解、翻訳(日本語から英語)し、マレーシアメンバーに説明を行う

・日本側へ提出するドキュメントを日本語で作成する

・日本側のプロジェクトマネージャーやクリエイディブディレクターと連携し、クライアントのリクエストのヒアリングや、マレーシアメンバーのリクエストを日本側に伝える

・エンジニアリーダー・プロジェクトマネジャーと協力して品質管理

・日本側と必要なミーティングへの参加

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

• Perform quality assurance and quality control of deliverables.

• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing design projects from beginning to end.

• They develop design strategies, delegate tasks, and mentor team members.

• System design, create project drawings & revit presentation renderings.

• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓日本語でのビジネス会話、ドキュメント作成が可能

✓現地スタッフとのコミュニケーションが取れるレベルの英語力

✓PHPもしくはJavascriptを使用したソフトウェア開発経験がある

✓PHPのMVCフレームワーク(CakephpまたはLaravel)を使用したソフトウェア開発経験

✓JavascriptフレームワークReactjsを使用したソフトウェア開発経験

✓ At least 2 years’ experience in project management.

✓ Preferably agile project management.

✓Possesses fluent understanding and application of end-to-end project management methodology, deliverables in SDLC processes.

✓Have experience in dealing with clients.

✓Working experience in a Japanese company and Japanese language skill are good advantages.
