・ 市場動向の把握と分析

・ 既存サービスを多様な市場に適応させるための戦略立案。

・ 既存のビジネスアカウントを管理し、増やす。

・ 年間売上高と収益の成長目標を達成する。

・ 営業報告書を作成し、新規リードを特定し、見込み客を追求する。

・ カスタマーサービスおよびオペレーション部門と密接に連携し、出荷に関する問題を解決する。

・ 会社の支払条件に従い、未払い金が確実に支払われるよう顧客をフォローアップする。

・ Identifying and analyzing market trends.

・ Developing strategies to adapt existing services for a diverse marketplace.

・ Manage and increase existing business accounts.

・ Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.

・ Generate sales reports, identifying new leads and pursue prospects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓ロジスティクス/貨物輸送のご経験3年以上、

✓英語（社内でのコミュニケーション可能なレベル）

✓既存および新規の潜在顧客ビジネスを維持・発展させるためのアカウント・マネジメント計画のできるかた

✓お客様との関係構築のできる方

✓高いコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション、実行力に優れたプレゼンテーションができる

✓ サービス精神が旺盛で、細部にまでこだわることができる。

✓モチベーションが高く、単独でもチームでも仕事ができる。

✓ Logistics /Freight Forwarding background more than 3 years

✓English （Internal communication)

✓ Demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing and new potential customer business.

✓ Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.

✓ Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills

✓ Service and detail-oriented.

✓ Highly motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
