• Innovate, create, and lead the development process of ready-to-eat products for central kitchen operation.
• Adapt recipes and product ideas based on client needs.
• Improve current products for better quality, cost and appeal.
• Ensure all food and dessert items meet food and company standards.
• Keep up with food trends, cooking methods, customers preferences to offer fresh ideas.
• Follow all food safety rules and regulations during product testing and development.
• Lead tasting sessions and listen to customer feedback products improvement.
• Handle all paperwork for recipes, SOPs, nutrition info and costing.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
• Native Japanese speaker with good English communication skills.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in food product development, preferably in ready-toeat segment
• Proven success in launching new, market-ready food products.
• Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP and compliance.
• Skilled in customer research, recipe creation and product launches.
• Creativity, good leadership and management skill.
• Familiar with kitchen tools, shelf-life testing and product presentation.
