Financial Advisor (Native Japanese)

• 見込み顧客のデータベースの構築および維持管理

• 見込み顧客への連絡および対面ミーティングの設定

• 顧客の財務状況、現行の保険・資産運用内容、将来の目標などを詳細にヒアリング（ファクトファインディング）

• 顧客一人ひとりのニーズに最適なプランの分析および作成

• 売上目標に応じた金融商品の提案・販売

• 市場調査を行い、新商品や既存サービスに関する情報を顧客に提供

• 顧客が情報に基づいた判断を行えるよう支援

• 顧客のニーズや財務状況の変化に応じて定期的に見直し・対応

• 金融商品および関連法令に関する最新情報の把握

• 新しい金融商品や法改正など、顧客の貯蓄・投資に影響を与える情報を提供

• 情報開示、サービス提供にかかる費用、提案商品の説明など、職務に求められる法的・規制上の要件を遵守



• Building and Maintaining prospect data base

• Contacting prospects and setting up face to face meetings

• Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims - Factfinding

• Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements

• Promoting and selling financial products to meet given sales targets

• Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services

• Assisting clients to make informed decisions

• Reviewing and responding to clients changing needs and financial circumstances

• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation

• Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments

• Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, e.g. requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided and also the advised products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓3年以上の営業のご経験

✓日本語ネイティブ

✓英語社内でのコミュニケーション可能な程度

✓4年制大学卒以上

✓人とお話をするのが好きな方

✓ファイナンシャルアドバイザー経験不問
