・製品品質及び規格遵守のためQA/QCチームを総括・管理する。
・品質満ジメントシステム（ISO9001, ISO140001等）の構築・運用・維持
・受入・工程内・出荷前の品質管理業務の監督
・原因分析及び是正・予備措置の主導
・顧客クレームの対応及び迅速な問題解決
・内部監査の実施及び会部監査対応
・サプライヤー品質のモニタリングおよび改善活動の推進
・QA方針・手順書・教育プログラムの策定
・生産・技術・開発部門との連携による品質向上活動
・

- Oversee and manage the QA/QC team to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Establish, operate, and maintain quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.).
- Supervise quality control operations for incoming, in-process, and pre-shipment inspections.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct internal audits and respond to external audits.
- Monitor supplier quality and promote improvement activities.
- Develop QA policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with production, engineering, and development departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓QA/QC経験３－５年以上
✓ISO規格、SPC、MSA、FMEA、APQP、PPAPの深い知識
✓顧客監査および認証監査の対応経験
✓英語ビジネスレベル、
✓日本語ビジネスレベル
✓リーダシップ、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力
✓データ分析力及び継続改善の推進力
✓英語ビジネスレベル、日本語ビジネスレベル
✓樹脂製造業での経験があれば尚可

✓ 3–5 years of QA/QC experience
✓ Deep knowledge of ISO standards, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
✓ Experience handling customer audits and certification audits
✓ Business-level English and business-level Japanese
✓ Leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
✓ Data analysis skills and ability to drive continuous improvement
✓ Business-level English and business-level Japanese
✓ Experience in the resin manufacturing industry is a plus
