• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in any discipline• Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Customer Support/Service or Service industry or Call Centre (Ecommerce or mail-order field experience is preferable but not necessary)• Knowledge and good sense of customer sevice principes and practice
