• Constantly look ahead to avoid production bottlenecks and other potential production problems.• Project Management: Manage on-site & off-site human resources & facilities attached to the project.• Liaise daily with the Directors and remote Co-producers.• Provide Executive-level Status Reports (plan-vs-actual) to off-site Producers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Strong management skills motivating team of diverse cultures, capable of organising and coordinating people with enthusiasm, and tactfully resolving interpersonal conflicts when necessary.• Experience regarding implications of platform choices, such as animation (Maya), rendering, compositing.
