・Manage the accounting functions of all the companies in the EKTECH Group.
・Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary, and authorities.
・Perform monthly closing and prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports.
・Review draft audited accounts and cash flow statements prepared by auditors.
・Review tax computation prepared by tax agent.
・Prepare consolidated budget at the start of the fiscal year (FY) and revise the budget during the FY.
・Reporting to authorities – yearly reporting to MCMC for EKTECH Communications, quarterly and yearly reporting for Eureka MDEC reporting.
・Ad-hoc reporting to other authorities, assisting Sales and Project departments in their tendering documents.
・Hold debtors collection meeting bi-weekly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓who has accounting manager experience at least 5 years
✓who can speak chinese
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
✓Highly organized with attention to detail.
✓Multitasking skills to effectively manage a variety of responsibilities.
