•Assist liaising with external suppliers/contractors for parts related.•Assist arranging delivery and pick up of parts local and outstation.•Assist to arrange and identify for spare parts of field service and repairs.•Assist on engine /parts trucks and inventory, DO, quotations, records and filling on daily, weekly and monthly basis.•Assist ordering parts with details to superior c/w records
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
•Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in any related field or at least Professional Automotive Certificate•Must be able to work alternate Saturdays (half day)•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in documentation/shipping.•Experience in Fleet Transportation industry would be advantageous
