Incident management, problem management & Change management-responsible for the ownership and resolution of allocated Incidents or Change requests from receipt To A successful implementation-requests can be L2 or L3 Incidents or Routine, minor or significant Change requests-in the latter cases, responsibilities would include the management of the lifecycle of the requests
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
-University Degree in Finance or equivalent in Finance (CIMA/ACCA)-2-4 years working (as user) experience with SAP Finance modules and other non FinancialApplications example BAP, SRT, T&E preferably in the areas of application support andcustomer service in a global and multicultural environment
