・Provide administrative support to Sales Team.
・Example ( 1 ) Source for Local Vendors/Suppliers.
・Example ( 2 ) Create quotation to Customers thru UBS Billing System or in Excel format.
・Example ( 3 ) Calculate estimate gross margin(profit) thru fomulae template.
・Generate sales invoice/delivery order to customers and purchase order to vendor/suppliers.
・Liaise with local forwarders on goods delivery to customers / shipment arrangement from
overseas including preparation and compilation of logistics documentation.
・Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Year of Experience : 2 Years & Above
✓Working Experience : Atleast 2 years in the related field is required and works INDEPENDENTLY *
✓Language : English, Mandarin, Chinese Dialects & Bahasa Malaysia
✓Academic : Atleast SPM or Equivalent
✓Skills : Microsoft (Excel/Words), Microsoft Office 365
