❖Account・Handle basic accounts・Ensure all accounting records are properly updated❖PA・To organise travel itinerary related to both business and personal needs.・To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director’s Office. ・To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director as and when required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

❖Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese.❖Experience in working in a busy environment and able to manage stress and tight deadlines.
