The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions,which include recruitment & selection, salary & payroll administration, training & development, employee relations,compensation & benefits and other HR related support services.Play as advisory role in the labour and industrial rules to the management and staff.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

❖He/She must have at least 10 years of solid HR experience in manufacturing set up, well versed in Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations law and practices and other statutory laws and regulations related to Human Resources.❖Experience in managing foreign workers is necessary.
