❖To install, commisioning and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and to provide user training. ❖Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions & vendors❖Providing excellent customer service through responding to customer enquiry❖Required to coordinate and communicate the maintenance services performed to the customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

❖Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT industry.❖Have a good ability IT Product.(Network:Cisco, Security:Fortigate, Server:Windows Linux)❖Knowledge on Network and Security Technology landscape will be an added advantage
