•Lead the full spectrum of HR functions covering People Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee/Industrial Relations and Manpower Planning.•Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
