• Responsible for managing standardization of HR functions within group in Malaysia.• Analyse, coordinate and make proposal on possible standardization on HR practices, system, procedures and policy within the Group.• Coordinate the HR standardization project with the PIC of shared service in preparation for future share service operations.• Excellent communication to establish solid relationships with HR leaders within group.• Deliver a quality and professional service to all parties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and any relevant. • More than 10 years of working experience as HR personnel and at least 4 years of working experience in SSC. • Experience in setting up operation for new SSC would be an added advantage.• Proven knowledge in HR system or any other complex management information system.• Experience in handling high volume of queries.• Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
