❖Oversee and direct construction projects from design conception until completion.❖Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.❖Review and analyze all contractors and sub-contractors construction bids, tenders, work scope and schedule.❖Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements.❖Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance withe building and safety regulations.❖Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.❖Coordinate tenant fit-put works including reviewing submitted drawings, ensuring their feasibilities and checking their legitimacy of related regulations or requirements.❖Review the work progreess on daily basis.❖Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

More than 5 years'' experience in managing elements of construction projects.
