The title of this position (tentatively) is Customer Service Executive and he/she shall be working in the car rental branches in Okinawa.The candidate shall provide assistance to customers (largely foreigners) in their car rental processing and collection, support online and phone enquiries.Working in one of the largest car rental companies in Okinawa, he/she shall ensure smooth operation of the car rental procedures for the customers. As Hongkong customers make up quite a large percentage (after Taiwanese customers), it will be necessary for the candidate to be able to communicate in Cantonese.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

•University graduate with Japanese N2 level and above•Able to converse fluently in Cantonese and Japanese (Knowing English / Chinese is a plus point too)•Relevant experience preferred but not necessary•Independent, fast learner and a team player
