❖To assist general administrative and account works.❖To assist on administrative support such as typing and filing.❖To handle incoming calls, faxes and email.❖Prepare company accounts, payroll cheques, invoices and EPF/Socso returns.❖To ensure the data and records is up to date.❖Assist company on the paperwork support.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
❖Candidates must be possess at least Diploma/Degree in Administration/Account/Finance or equivalent.❖At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.❖Computer literate - MS Office, Word, Excel and Account Software.
