Provide product support to corporate customers via different support channels such as phone, e-mail, chat and online community. Perform detailed log analysis and deep troubleshooting in order to find and resolve the root cause issues reported by customers. Create and update technical documentations.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
