Provide administrative support and handle HR activities.Responsible in monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll process accurately in timely manner. Update and maintain employee database. Responsible in HR related matters such as staff employment movement, performance, benefits and etc. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
At least 1~2 years of working experience in HR field. Must have hands on experience in payroll or HR related field. Attentive to details and consistent in data management possess excellent communications skills. Candidate must able to communicate in English, fluent in Mandarin and Japanese language will be added advantageFamiliar with employment act and relevant HR legislation.
