*To lead project team to perform planning, design, drawing and equipment submission and execution of all mechanical & electrical works.*Responsible for overall project management including site operations and activities, budget control, project revenue, project schedule, manpower requirements.*To check monthly progress claim submitted by mechanical & electrical contractors and other suppliers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

*Possess 8 years'' experience and above, preferably in construction industry*Able to travel/work outstation, other than Klang Valley area*Proficient in paperwork preparation eg project schedule, project status report.*Can speak English and Mandarine.
