*Ensures adoption and execution of global policies and processes in the region*Administers local/regional aspects of global business systems, including local design, security and foundational tables*Provides level 2-3 technical support to business systems technical support and daily transactional support of the global HR systems/processes.*Capable of in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of routine to moderately complex issues*Refers particularly complex issues to business systems analysts or appropriate upline*Uses knowledge management database to document, monitor progress/completion of, and collect data for analysis of service desk requests*Participates in and supports end-to-end system testing and roll-outs*Recommends system modifications to enhance user experience and effectiveness*Provides oversight of audits to ensure data integrity*Creates simple to moderately complex data report for audit/support*Influences employees to meet deadlines for global processes and system*End-to-end payroll processing and benefits management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
*Degree in Business, Computer Science or degree relating to specific business area*2 - 3 years experience in technical support for business systems / HR services*Able to speak, read and write the Japanese and English language.*Possesses thorough technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and protocols*Able to interpret and apply data analysis, procedures and policies*Develops knowledge and skills required to independently resolve routine to moderately complex issues.*Able to perform tasks and supports projects/programs under general supervision*Possesses strong customer service skills and ability to influence adoption and execution of *processes and systems*Excellent understanding of local and regional HR policies and procedures and business needs*Able to work independently and as a team*Good interpersonal skills
