To lead, manage and develop Procurement Team to execute day to day procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation and inventory managementTo work with relevant departments to review materials requirements, according to budgeted cost and delivery lead time to meet customer requirementsTo manage demand exceptions and the escalation process to resolve material shortage and price issue to ensure uninterrupted supply Drive improvement of department process, including relationship and performance monitoring of existing suppliersTo lead cost saving initiativeTo ensure compliance with the standard processes, procedures, governance and internal controlsTo assist the department management to develop and implement purchasing strategy and policiesTo undertake any other task assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Degree in Chemistry / Science or equivalentAt least 5 years of working experience, preferably in agrochemical industryWell versed in MS applicationGood command of English and MandarinPossess high level of integrity, leadership, resourcefulness and teamwork spiritExcellent managerial skillsWilling to travel occasionally
