• Receive and process customer’s orders.• Monitor / confirm raw material availability and follow-up on production schedule.• Give instruction to purchasing to order local and additional raw materials. • Advice customer on delivery schedule and ensure that delivery is done,• Attend to customer’s enquiry • Prepare report upon customer’s requirement.• Prepare delivery schedule.
