1. E-commerce Store Management & Sales Optimization
Operate and manage Shopee, Lazada, and future own-brand e-commerce stores
Launch and localize own-brand e-commerce site (following Thailand/Indonesia success models)
oordinate with external e-commerce agents for store operations, ad management, SEO, and campaign planning
Drive seasonal campaigns (e.g. Back to School, SME targeting, education sector promotions)
2. Digital Advertising & SEO
Manage platform ad tools (e.g. Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads)
Optimize SEO and implement keyword strategies
Develop and execute content-driven marketing to increase visibility and conversion rates
3. Targeted Marketing & Sales Expansion
Promote products to school/government buyers, SME customers, café operators, architects, and individual consumers
Design market segmentation strategies based on product use (e.g. refillable whiteboard markers, permanent markers, school supplies)
4. Agent / Distributor Management
Work with local AC agents under commission-based agreements
Coordinate with exclusive distributors while building coexistence between online and offline channels
Support distributor sales training and promotional activities
5. Offline Events & Promotional Campaigns
Plan and participate in trade shows, school expos, and instant sales events
Bridge strategies between physical events and e-commerce platforms
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓E-commerce Experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms (product listings, ads, campaigns)
✓Digital Marketing Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and ad tools (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads)
✓Language Proficiency
- Business-level English and Mandarin (for communication with Chinese-speaking agents/customers)
