(1) Liaise with customer on the status of orders.(2) Follow up on urgent deliveries for customer.(3) Follow up customer''s overdue payment.(4) Supervise Sales Clerk and Delivery Clerk.(5) Additional responsibilities are fulfil the jobs given by Superior.(5) Carry out monthly stock check for finished goods.(6) Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004
