• To handle and manage renovation projects• To work with designers on materials searching , projects co-ordination and renovation needs• To plan and work out on project schedule • To oversight site project and ensure project progress as scheduled• To check renovation defects and solve site problems • To visit site for measurements and progress report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• A team player with teachable heart and willingness to learn is strongly needed • Knowledge in Microsoft software such as Excel and Word • Well planner who are able to meet datelines• SPM , UEC or any of its equivalent• Able to communicate in basic business English
