Manage deposit (clearing accounts receivable) and payment (clearing accounts payable)- arrange invoice and evidences of expenses and pass information To Accounting Company- create payment data with Internet banking system- Check Company attendance state of each employee and pass information To Accounting Company- Manage Office equipment- Handle initial contact of inbound calls including customers inquiries on Company and services.- Provide effective and alternative problem solving To customers.- Raise accurate and prompt service requests To the fulfillment teams.with clients To generate new business- Actively Following up
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field- General PC Skills (Data Entry, MS Office)- Problem solving skills in handling complaints effectively and efficiently- Good listening skills- Good communication skill for business in Bahasa, English- Experience in payment and accounting processing is added an advantage
