Responsible for administration ands supervision of all functions of the general admin department in the areas of HR. To coordinate and communication with payroll vendor for all payroll matters To update and manage all transactions and reports in HR system.Responsible on staff benefits & welfareTo assist in all matters relating to hiring and orientation procedures for new employees and resignation, exit interviews following HR process and procedures.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum Certificate in HR Practice or its equivalent Computer skills on MS Office, HR softwares and databases. or related experience. b A logical and systematic approach to work. b Good comprehension of HR laws and regulations. c Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills. c Ability to manage large amount of data. d Strong interpersonal skills and good team leadership. d High attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. e Good time management. e Preventive problem solving and decision-making. f Ability to multi-task, multi-skills and work under pressure and f Persuasive and ability to manage people. meet deadlines. g Ability to communicate with people of all levels.
